What you'll be doing day to day

Delivering excellent experiences to call center customers and maximize the sales by providing great offers and convenient solutions always with empathy, understanding of customer needs and strong will to create a better life at home for the customer. • Provide qualitative customer sales support in all call center channels, including live video calls, to secure a great customer experience, thus building trust in the IKEA brand • Make use of active selling techniques to offer home furnishing solutions and demonstrate proficiency in relevant call center digital planning tools to exceed customer expectations and maximize sales • Actively seek information about the IKEA product range and services to stay up to date with commercial priorities and activities, and to maintain ability to steer sales • Provide feedback on data improvement needs, thus contributing to all co-workers having the knowledge required to meet customer needs • Capture relevant customer insights to enable other parts of Ingka to improve the customer experience

• Sales and solutions-oriented with strong home-furnishing interest • Strong social skills and driven by working with people • Expert knowledge of the IKEA product and service range and general knowledge of home furnishing design • Experience working in a call center supporting and selling to customers utilizing multiple communication channels • General knowledge of how personal performance is measured and how it contributes to the business goals • Passion for meeting customers and gets energized by selling and reaching goals • Enjoy working with technology that enables distance engagement in a remote fast-paced and future-oriented environment • Ability to work with modern tools and systems in a dynamic retail environment handling more than one task at the time • Ability to communicate correctly, confidently and clearly in local language(s) across channels
